Studio Projects

TV Dinner Studios maintains an ongoing practice of exploratory work & experimentation across mediums.

This includes drawings, photographs & paintings that inform our broader work.

Recent Studio Project

A colorful painting of a scene inside a glowing yellow flame, featuring two swans and a duck resting on green foliage with purple flowers, a sunset sky with flying birds, and distant trees.

Snow Geese

Commission for Private Collector

A recent gouache painting based on the poem ‘Snow Geese’ by Mary Oliver.

Featured Studio Practice

Black and white sketch of the entrance to a venue named 'TURAKU CONCOURS' with people walking underneath. Several signs, lighting fixtures, and barrels are visible around the entrance.

Sketchbook

My sketchbook is like a field journal, very different from much of the other visuals I create. These drawings are part of how I make memories of trips, happenings & daily life.

2 of my sketchbook drawings from 2019 were featured in the Chosen category by American Illustration.

Featured Studio Practice

Nighttime scene of a house illuminated with green and orange lights, with streetlights and parked cars visible.

Photography

My photography practice is much of how I appreciate the world around me. Every year I take thousands of photos, especially night photography, on a combination of digital & film.
