Public Art & Installations

Ashley creates large-scale imagery & installations for public spaces. Current work focuses on public art commissions featuring bold, character-driven design.

Past projects include AR installations for Disney & the Royal Academy of Arts.

Proposed Installations

Playful Oasis

A cozy Sonoran Desert soft sculpture art piece meets lounge space. This layout has a 6.5 meter footprint, and is punctuated with weighted felt floor coverings & stake lights to create an inviting, homey feel.

Each soft sculpture is made of outdoor-friendly materials & stuffed with recycled textile waste.

Proposed Murals

Colorful mural on side of building depicting a fantastical plant with a large eye at its base, a tall stem with yellow cloud-like clusters, and green foliage.

Century Plant

Proposed for a large, vertical surface. Perfect for adding a bit of color to a space that feels inspired by the Sonoran Desert without being literal.

Large colorful mural depicting cartoonish cactus plants with eyes, set on the side of a tall white building in an urban area.

The Cactus Stack

These cactuses are playfully observing their environment, creating a sense of movement & curiosity in the space. Nice for a vertical wall.

Valley of the Sun

A design dedicated to my love for the city I grew up in, featuring some of my favorite landmarks. Great for a large, horizontal wall.

Proposed Vinyl Wraps

Flagstaff Bookmobile Wrap

A playful, accessible design celebrating some of my favorite flora & fauna found in Northern Arizona, with echoes of the ponderosa forest and San Francisco Peaks in the background.

Previous Notable Exhibition

Disney Studios exhibit at an event, featuring an Alice in Wonderland theme with whimsical mushrooms, ornate frames, and a large sign saying "Walt Disney Studios."

Alice AR Wonder Mirror

This installation, featuring characters from Alice: Through the Looking Glass, was an augmented reality photo booth created for Disney’s D23 convention. It was later housed at Disney’s California Adventure next to the Muppet Theatre.

I was the primary 2D/3D Artist.
